Carbon Mountain Drilling & Water Services Ltd. (CMD), legally changed its name from 0700687 BC Ltd. dba Carbon Mountain Drilling and Peace Pumps & Purification on July 16, 2008, and is owned and operated by Simon Wolford, who brings over 20 years of experience and has been involved in the water well drilling field since 1986.

Simon purchased the equipment and records on November 30, 2005 from Cora Lynn Drilling, which was formerly Anderson Air Drilling and Anderson Water Well, having served as General Manager for Cora Lynn and was part owner/Manager for Anderson.  CMD maintains and operates at the same location at Mile 49.5 Alaska Highway, Fort St. John, with the same telephone and facsimile numbers.  This Water Well Drilling and Water System business has been established in the Peace region since 1995.

CMD is licensed to drill in both Alberta and British Columbia.  We operate two Air Rotary Drill Rigs complete with surface casing hammers and one Cable Tool Drill with a hydraulic casing hammer.

We have certified pump installers and certified water system operators that are able to insure that the whole water system is in compliance with the BC Water Act and the BC Northern Health Board.
